Sexual Assault Blog is an independent Canadian legal publication examining sexual assault law as it plays out in real cases. Posts cover case law, criminal procedure, evidence, and sentencing decisions, with the goal of making these proceedings more understandable to legal professionals, law students, and the public.

The blog is written by Aasheesh Puri, a Canadian criminal defence lawyer. He began his legal career articling at a boutique criminal defence firm in Northern Manitoba, where he represented Indigenous clients at circuit court locations across the province. He now practices in British Columbia.
